Assessment Services: $200 per hour

Each assessment package includes to varying degrees and based upon individual needs: 

  • Intake Session to Collect Information and Identify Goals
  • Administration of Assessments, Collection of Teacher/Parent Data, and Scoring
  • Report Writing and Conceptualization
  • Feedback Session with Individualized Results and Recommendations

Each assessment is individualized based upon needs, yet these are the most commonly requested assessments

Comprehensive Educational Assessment:  $2,250 

In-depth assessment of cognitive abilities and academic achievement. Assesses other areas impacting academic functioning, such as: attention, behavior, social functioning, and mood. Measures are collected from parents, teachers, and students. A thorough report with easily understood results and usable, straight forward recommendations is offered. The EAC goal is for this entire process to take 4-5 weeks as access to this information is crucial for educational planning.

Intelligence Assessment Only with Brief Report: $895

Often this assessment is requested for students when gifted programming is being considered. A brief interview is paired with a measure of cognitive abilities. A brief reports explains the results to the cognitive measure administered. 

Achievement Assessment Only with Brief Report: $1,100

This assessment seeks only to identify current academic performance and does not consider cognitive functioning, executive functioning, behavior, or other factors, that may contribute to overall school functioning. It is best suited for children that had cognitive functioning previously determined.

Intelligence Assessment and Adaptive Abilities with Brief Report: $1,500

This assessment provides information about cognitive functioning and daily living skills. It is most often requested when concerns about intellectual disability present or as a means to provide requested data to agencies providing resources

Assessment of Educational Intervention Progress: $200/hour

This assessment is for children receiving educational intervention (e.g. reading/math services, tutoring, etc) who also have a past assessment that can serve as a baseline, and with the goal to measure progress after intervention. It includes a brief report explaining testing scores and identifies skills, if any, that would benefit from continued intervention. 


Additional Services:

Additional Feedback Session with your Child to explain results in a kid-friendly way: $150 

Consultation and Collaboration Services, including travel and review of documents: $200 per hour
