Assessment Services:
Each assessment package is based on individual needs and includes:
- Intake Session to Collect Information and Identify Goals
- Administration of Assessments, Collection of Teacher/Parent Data, and Scoring
- Report Writing and Conceptualization
- Feedback Session with Individualized Results and Recommendations
Each assessment is individualized based upon needs, yet these are the most commonly requested assessments.
Comprehensive Educational Assessment: $2,250
In-depth assessment of cognitive abilities and academic achievement. Assesses other areas impacting academic functioning, such as: attention, behavior, social functioning, and mood. Measures are collected from parents, teachers, and students. A thorough report with easily understood results and usable, straight forward recommendations is offered. The EAC goal is for this entire process to take 4-5 weeks as access to this information is crucial for educational planning.
Psychological Assessment: $1,500-$2,400
Psychological assessments are individualized based upon the needs for each person. Assessments often address concerns for ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, or autism, among others. It includes the use of standardized assessments, gathering information from parents, teachers, and healthcare providers, and providing an individualized report with recommendations for next steps to thrive.
Intelligence Assessment and Adaptive Abilities with Brief Report: $1,500
This assessment provides information about cognitive functioning and daily living skills. It is most often requested when concerns about intellectual disability present or as a means to provide requested data to agencies providing resources for those with intellectual disabilities.
Assessment of Educational Progress: $200/hour
This assessment is for children receiving educational intervention (e.g. reading/math services, tutoring, etc) who also have a past assessment that can serve as a baseline and with the goal to measure progress after intervention. It includes a brief report explaining testing scores and identifies skills, if any, that would benefit from continued intervention.
Additional Services:
Time is included for travel and documentation review.
-Additional Feedback Session with your Child to explain results in a kid-friendly way
-Participation in IEP or school meetings, including time to review documents and travel
-Consultation with parent, tutor, or school staff regarding new or ongoing IEPs, 504 plans, accommodations, interventions, or the educational assessment results via phone or virtual platform
-Collaboration in creating a behavior intervention plan (e.g. school avoidance, behavioral issues, reducing anxiety, etc) with parent and school
